Development requirements

General requirements:

• Changes the rules of the linter should be discussed with all contributors of the repository.
• The name of the PR should follow the Conventional Commits specification.

Requirements for the new package:

• Components must follow the concepts in the "Advanced" section.
• The package must be documented in the same PR where it was created.
